Candidate Sourcing and Screening

We manage the sourcing and preliminary evaluation process for you.

Depending on the position, the process may include:

Job posting and candidate outreach
Resume and application review
Behavioral and cognitive assessments
Preliminary interviews
In-depth recorded interviews
Candidate scorecards and interview notes
Reference or background-check coordination when requested

You receive a carefully selected group of candidates rather than a stack of unqualified resumes.

Executive Assistant Onboarding and Training

When the position is an executive assistant or closely related administrative role, approximately three hours of onboarding training are included.

The training introduces the new hire to the Emerald Executive Solutions Executive Assistant Framework, including:

Daily meeting agendas
End-of-day reports
Email triaging fundamentals
Calendar management etiquette
Task intake and prioritization
Communication expectations
Basic workflow and SOP development
Proactive executive support practices

This training creates structure from the beginning and helps both the executive and the assistant establish clear working expectations.

Discovery Call

The process begins with a discovery call, where we listen to your requirements, discuss your business objectives, and assess the specific skills and experience you seek in a candidate. This initial consultation allows us to tailor our recruitment strategy to your unique needs.

Candidate Sourcing & Screening

Our recruiters source, screen, and interview candidates, assessing both technical expertise and cultural fit. You receive a curated shortlist with detailed profiles and recommendations.

Selection & Onboarding

Once you choose a candidate, we manage a smooth onboarding process, including training and initial support to ensure a strong start.

Ongoing Support

We stay involved to ensure seamless integration and continued contribution to your business growth.

Payment Structure

The service fee is divided into two payments: 50% to begin the search 50% after the candidate has been selected, onboarded, and trained

60-Day Replacement Guarantee

If the selected employee leaves or is released within the first 60 days, We will conduct one replacement search under the terms of the service agreement.

Typical Timeline

Most U.S.-based searches take approximately four weeks, depending on the complexity of the position, candidate availability, client responsiveness, and scheduling.
