Faster Hiring Timeline

Because we actively manage a curated international talent pool, many overseas roles can be filled within approximately two weeks. The exact timeline will depend on the position, required working hours, experience level, and client interview availability.

Lower Placement and Employment Costs

The Overseas VA Placement Program has a lower service fee than our U.S.-Based Talent Sourcing Program. The employee’s ongoing salary is also typically significantly lower than the salary required for a comparable U.S.-based position.

Virtual Executive Assistant Training

For VAs and similar roles, approximately two hours of training are included, covering essential operational practices . The training also addresses task tracking, priority management, clear communication expectations, proactive support habits, and basic workflow and SOP development.

30-Day Replacement Guarantee

If the selected employee leaves or is released within the first 30 days, Emerald Executive Solutions will conduct one replacement search under the terms of the service agreement.

Discounted Second Hire

Clients who return to hire an additional overseas team member receive a discounted placement fee for their second hire.
