Have questions? We’ve got answers.
At Emerald Executive Solutions, we understand that every business is unique. Below are answers to some of the most common questions we receive about how we assist business owners with their training and support, including effective assistant onboarding and enhancing executive support for their teams.
No. While executive assistants are our specialty, we also recruit and place a variety of office professionals, including administrative, operations, and support roles. Every candidate is carefully matched to your company’s culture and needs.
It starts with a discovery call where we learn about your business, team, and goals. From there, we handle the full recruiting process — job descriptions, sourcing, screening, and interviewing. You’ll receive a transparent report with interview recordings and candidate notes so you can make the final decision with confidence.
Every role is different, but most placements take between 3–6 weeks depending on the position, the market, and your hiring needs. We’ll keep you updated throughout the process so there are no surprises.
We provide onboarding support for all placements. For executive assistants specifically, we offer specialized training programs designed to help them quickly become proactive partners in your business.
We don’t just fill roles — we build lasting partnerships. Our process is designed to serve both clients and candidates at a high level, with transparency, respect, and clear communication. This dual focus ensures stronger placements, where businesses get the right people and candidates feel valued and ready to thrive.
We go beyond resumes. Every candidate is screened not only for skills but also for alignment with your company’s culture, values, and long-term goals. Our goal is to deliver someone who will thrive with you — not just fill a seat.
That’s our specialty. We love helping entrepreneurs and leaders make their first strategic hire. We guide you through the mindset shift, provide full support during the hiring process, and even offer coaching to help you and your new EA work together effectively.
