Before founding Emerald Executive Solutions, I worked as an executive assistant, where I saw firsthand how the right hire can transform a business. I’m especially passionate about helping entrepreneurs make their first strategic hire and building strong executive assistant partnerships.

Today, I help businesses hire for a wide range of roles while continuing to specialize in training executive assistants to become confident, high-impact partners. There’s nothing more rewarding than helping founders reclaim their time and watching new hires grow into trusted members of the team.

Outside of work, I enjoy cooking, gardening, and coaching soccer. Whether at home or in business, my mission is simple: help leaders find the right people so they can focus on growth and what matters most.
