Meet the Founder
Hi, I’m Brittaney Lopez — founder of Emerald Executive Solutions.
As a military veteran spouse, a boy mom, and a soccer coach, I know the importance of teamwork, resilience, and structure. These same values shape how I approach business: with discipline, creativity, and a commitment to helping leaders succeed.
Before launching Emerald Executive Solutions, I built my career supporting entrepreneurs and business owners as an executive assistant. That experience gave me a front-row seat to how the right hire can transform an executive’s ability to grow and lead. One of my greatest passions is helping entrepreneurs and solopreneurs make their first strategic hire — guiding them and their new executive assistant through the mindset shift that turns the role into a true partnership.
Today, my work extends beyond executive assistants. Through our staffing and placement services, I help businesses hire across a variety of key roles. But I continue to specialize in training and developing executive assistants, ensuring they step confidently into their positions and immediately start driving impact. Watching founders reclaim their time and scale their businesses, while seeing new hires grow into strategic partners, is the most rewarding part of my work.
Outside of business, you’ll find me in the kitchen or the garden. With a background in professional cooking, I love creating great meals for my family. And as a coach, mentor, and mom, I’m always building and nurturing — whether it’s on the soccer field, in the garden, or in the workplace.
