I’m Brittaney Lopez — founder of Emerald Executive Solutions, specializing in executive support, and someone who understands the balance of business growth, family life, and the commitment to serve with excellence.
Before launching this company, I was an Executive Assistant supporting a high-growth real estate investor. I didn’t just keep pace — I created the systems, workflows, and communication rhythms that facilitated business growth while giving the owner back his time. That experience ignited a passion in me to help more business owners achieve a similar transformation.
As a military spouse, I’ve mastered resilience and adaptability. As a mom, I coach youth soccer and actively participate in PTO meetings — because leadership extends beyond the laptop. As a businesswoman, I’m dedicated to providing founder services that help other entrepreneurs build a robust support system, enabling them to lead, grow, and live more intentionally.
I started Emerald Executive Solutions because I identified a gap — not only in hiring exceptional assistants but also in training and nurturing relationships that truly work. I believe in empowering both the assistant and the executive so that together, they form an unstoppable team.
